    What you'll be doing

    • Manages electrical, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC accounts for Fortune 500 companies
    • Works with Sales department to gather Service Level Agreement and agreed pricing documents
    • Sets-up and conducts customer orientation meetings with Sales, Support Center, Operations, and Accounting departments to properly onboard customers
    • Provides customers with status of assigned work orders, scheduling of technicians, parts on order, or any other relevant information regarding completion
    • Submits work order quotes to customers and follows up to obtain approvals
    • Generates weekly reports on all open work orders and follows up to make sure they are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
    • Manages the growth and retention of assigned accounts
    • Identifies cost savings opportunities for customers by analyzing type and frequency of work orders
    • Conducts periodic visits to assigned customers including field visits to inspect the service level of their work orders
    • Handles all escalated calls and researches the problem to determine what issues may be affecting the customer
    • Conducts monthly audits of quotes and invoices to ensure they are in compliance with the customer’s requirements
    • Generates various monthly KPI reports measuring our success against customer’s Service Level Agreements
    • Conducts monthly conference call with customers to ensure a positive ongoing relationship
    • Works with Service Managers and Project Managers on a daily basis to help support customers
    • Works with the Accounting department on any billing issues and ensures that customers are invoiced in a timely manner
    • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts
    • Other duties as assigned

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume commercial electrical, plumbing, or HVAC service industry as an Account Manager, Service Manager, or Project Manager
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and completing them in a timely and professional manner
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
    • Ability to multitask using several screens/browsers while talking on the phone and navigating through systems
    • Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and effectively communicate work order instructions
    • Ability to create, edit, and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files, and Power Point presentations
    • Must be proficient in the use of Excel
