    We are looking to add a Plumbing Service Manager with previous experience to our team. 

    What you'll be doing

    • Responsible for financial and performance-based metrics within region to include sales, materials, labor, equipment, other expenses, response time, first trip completion, work order aging, and GPS/IVR compliance
    • Responsible for overall management of all regional Service Specialists, Service Assistants, technicians, and sub-contractors to include hiring and performance evaluations
    • Responsible for timely dispatch and close of all regional work orders
    • Responsible for the efficient dispatching of technicians and sub-contractors to minimize travel time and to provide enough direction to complete work on the first trip whenever possible
    • Responsible to provide instructions to technicians and sub-contractors, including estimated travel time, estimated work time, material/equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements
    • Responsible for communicating and troubleshooting with technicians and sub-contractors while on-site on any potential issues with work orders
    • Responsible for follow up with technicians and sub-contractors to ensure timely response and completion of all work orders
    • Responsible for follow up and communication with the customer
    • Reviews dispatch reports throughout the day
    • Places work orders in the correct status
    • Reviews GPS/IVR usage and time sheets on a daily basis
    • Reviews and approves all quotes and invoices to customer
    • Responsible for safety training and compliance
    • Other Duties as assigned

    What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume commercial plumbing or HVAC service industry
    • Plumbing or mechanical license is a plus
    • Project management/coordination experience
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and completing them in a timely manner and professional manner
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
    • Ability to multitask using several screens/browsers while talking on the phone and navigating through systems
    • Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and effectively communicate work order instructions
    • Ability to create, edit, and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files, and Power Point presentations
    • Must be proficient in the use of Excel
