    Rogers is looking for a high energy, motivated, eager, Professional Administrative and Personal Assistant to join our team!  

    What you'll be doing

    • Assist the Executive Assistant in managing personal and/or business activities for the Chairman
    • Run errands as needed
    • Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
    • Create itineraries encompassing all aspects: accommodations, meals, venues, and entertainment
    • Process expense reports and generate excel reports
    • Maintain inventory and keep stock of general office supplies and snacks

    What we're looking for

    • Motivated, organized, fast learner
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong sense of excel 
    • Excellent attention to detail, judgement, follow through, initiative and dependability
    • Demonstrate good judgement, be resourceful and proficient with technology and a solid administrative mindset
    • Handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to successful completion
    • Have a passion for service with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
    • Confident and willing to quickly take on responsibilities and special projects when needed
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information
    • Logical sequential thinker with strong analytical and research skills
    • Ability to take an unclear assignment and figure out how to make it work
    • Ability to analyze information using logical processes to address miscellaneous situations and problems
    • Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality
