    We are currently looking for a Director of Technology and Infrastructure to join our team!

    What you'll be doing

    • Leverage a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence in all areas of technology
    • Define and implement the plans to build and evolve the infrastructure technology to support the company's plans for strategic growth
    • Lead the analysis, design, and development of a data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
    • Work as part of a team, to design and develop cloud data solutions
    • Design highly scalable ETL processes with complex data transformations, data formats including error handling and monitoring
    • Document business requirements and technical architecture/design
    • Proactively monitor database environments (backups, recovery, capacity planning, job scheduling) with performance tuning and troubleshooting
    • Provide support for planning and performing database migrations, upgrades and updates
    • Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization
    • Understand their business modules and work with the Systems Analysts to understand the necessary requirements to deliver and promote technical solutions as the business evolves
    • Work as an effective team member and self-motivated individual contributor

    What we're looking for

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
    • 15+ years of experience managing and/or directing technological IT engineering teams
    • 10+ years of experience working in a highly scalable and available on-demand solutions
    • Experience migrating to and managing Azure environments
    • Cisco network and server hardware including Hyperflex
    • Extensive experience implementing and maintaining a security strategy
    • Strong technical background in an environment with a variety of hardware and software, with a concentration in Cisco network and server technology, Azure cloud, O365, Microsoft, SQL, etc.
    • Deep understanding of current and emerging I&O technologies and how other enterprises are employing them
    • Demonstrated success leading IT modernization and transformation for a company supporting over 1,000 users with minimal disruption, especially including Cloud transformation
    • Capable of leading the design and creation of a completely redundant data center and network infrastructure
    • Proven leader capable of managing a team of IT engineers with the goal of 100% up time
    • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development
    • Demonstrated experience in driving and executing strategic solutions, outlining roadmaps while managing the tactical pieces of business; proven ability to demonstrate attention to detail as needed to drive progress
    • Strong technology leadership across diverse corporate and executive information technology systems
    • Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including telecommunications, networks, operating systems, databases, application servers, and phones
    • Demonstrated competence in operational leadership with strong abilities in relationship management and prioritizing initiatives / opportunities based on investments and financial returns
    • Experience in assessing new opportunities and performing necessary due-diligence around technical, operational, and financial impacts
    • Exposure to business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations
    • General understanding of project management principles
    • Proven experience in planning, organization, and development
    • Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
    • Experience managing IT Technology and Infrastructure team, developing long term plans and managing on a day to day basis
    • Experience with acquisition due diligence and integrations
    • Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and use resources internal and external to the enterprise to enhance capabilities that support business objectives
