We are looking to add a Service Manager to our team. The Service Manager is responsible for timely dispatch and close of all regional work orders. They are responsible to dispatch all work for the following day no later than 4:00 PM of the current day. They are responsible for follow up contact with the customer, both externally with Store Managers and internally with Project Managers. The Service Manager is responsible to assist the Senior Service Manager with overall management of all regional sub-contractors and technicians to include hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations. They are responsible to provide final instructions to the sub-contractor and technician, including estimated travel time, estimated work time, materials, equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements. They are responsible for the efficient dispatching of sub-contractors and technicians to minimize travel time and to provide sub-contractor and technician with enough direction to complete work in one day whenever possible. They are responsible for follow up with the sub-contractors and technicians to ensure timely response and completion of all work orders and projects. They are responsible for IVR and time sheet review on a daily basis. They are responsible for review of all invoices including quoted projects. They are required to escalate to the Senior Service Managers and Project Managers when needed.
