    • Balance, reconcile, and maintain accurate ledgers
    • Coordinate bank deposits and enter cash receipts
    • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to management on a monthly basis
    • Good knowledge of month end close process with extensive journal entry experience and account reconciliation
    • Reconcile and code credit card expenses
    • Code and enter vendor invoices
    • Prepare customer invoices
    • Bank statement reconciliations
    • Track bank account balances weekly
    • Handle monthly payroll checks and filing of all Federal and State payroll taxes and returns
    • File monthly/quarterly sales tax returns for multiple states
    • Direct report to VP of Finance/Treasurer



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • Certified CPA license is preferable but not required
    • Minimum of 5 years in the accounting field handling full cycle of accounting duties
    • Minimum of 5 year experience with Sage accounting software
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills a must
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
    • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures
