We are looking for a Project Assistant to join our team. The Service Assistant is responsible for administrative support of a region. They are responsible for assisting with the acquisition of materials, equipment, and scheduling of subcontractor work. They are responsible for issuing material and equipment purchase orders, reviewing the material and equipment orders to ensure prices are in line with national pricing, and arranging for pick up and/or delivery. They are also responsible for purchase orders to subcontractors. They are responsible to reconcile purchase orders with invoices and ensure that all costs hit the appropriate month and/or job.
